Fear of having a different opinion

Often when we see all of our co-workers agreeing with our supervisor it can be a little difficult to voice your opinion if it differs from theirs. You feel you will be disciplined for not conforming, and perhaps be thrown out a window. But in reality the opposite is true, at least in a healthy work environment.
